ICP permits are required for soil disturbances, some interior work, and for free service eligibility within the ICP jurisdictional boundaries. Please fill out the form below if your property falls within the ICP boundaries shown here. Select HOMEOWNER if you need free supplies for your home renovation project. Contractors are not eligible for these requests.

Idaho state law requires all homeowners and excavators to call 811 or submit a dig ticket 48 business hours prior to digging.
